Resident Assistants are assigned to each floor of the building. The RA staff is actively involved in all aspects of the UP community. They also plan floor events and participate in building-wide functions. Most of all, and most importantly, they are there for the residents. In addition to the RA staff, a Security Guard is onsite.
Our front desk is staffed by Desk Attendants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are courteous, helpful, and always there for your assistance.
Our Friendly Business Office is open to residents during normal business hours. The UP management team supports an open door policy and welcomes input from our residents. |
