On Saturday January 31st, 2004 a Happy Hour was called out by Rob Man & Sgt. Norma....Eddie Vs Arboretum was the chose location, followed by after dinner cocktails at Reeds Jazz & Supper Club...   The festivities were kick off at 5pm and lasted till approximatley 10pm..............Of course happier hourz were had afterwards at Alvin High late night, although a couple of people got "Desperates." Can you guess who???
