How do I open an account with your company?

In order to set your company up in our accounting system to do business, we need to get two documents from you, a master sales agreement and a U.S. New Account Registration Form. The master sales agreement lists our terms and conditions. We would need to get a signed copy back in the office prior to shipment of the first order. The U.S. New Account Registration Form will provide us with all of the information about your company that we need to set you up in our system. Feel free to email this form to us in soft copy. We do accept electronic signatures.

What are your payment terms?

  • Wire Transfer T/T - This is our standard method of payment. Wire transfer is required on all international orders.
  • Cashier's Check
  • Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted on orders up to $6000 on domestic sales only and with established customers. The shipping address must match the credit card billing address on all credit card orders. We do not accept international credit cards.

We do not accept letter of credit (L/C). We do not offer any type of terms (Net 30) as a payment option.

How do you ship?

Notebooks ship 5 systems to a box. Desktops typically ship on pallets, so they need to ship freight. We will arrange shipping for you once the order is complete and we have weights and dimensions. The shipping charge would appear on your invoice. If you have an account with a certain carrier (Fedex, UPS, etc) and would like us to apply charges to your account, we can do that also. You are also free to back your own freight company up to our dock and we will just load your truck.

How long will it take you to ship my order?

This depends on the size of the order and the amount of other work we have in line in our warehouse. Small orders of laptops that come in before 10:00 am CST usually can ship the same day. Larger orders will take more time, usually a day or two.

Laptops - 2 days
Desktops - Up to one week
Servers etc - Up to one week
Printers - Up to one week
Containers - Up to two weeks

What is your warranty period?

Desktops, Parts, Servers, Printers, etc offer a 10 day upon receipt warranty unless otherwise stated. Notebooks carry a 30 day warranty upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

When can I receive my invoice for my accounting?

We will generate an invoice for you including any shipping charges as soon as the order has been picked and is ready to go. Once your order has shipped out, we will email a copy of this invoice to you.

Do you blind ship?

We can blind ship if absolutely necessary. This would need to be clearly stated on the PO. Please note, all credit card orders must ship to the billing address on the credit card. If blind shipment is required, wire transfer or cashier's check overnight is required.

Does every system ship with a keyboard, mouse & power cord?

We do not guarantee that every system will ship with a keyboard, mouse and power cord. We do try to supply them, but it is dependant upon availability.

Do your systems come with software?

We are a strictly a volume wholesaler of hardware. We do not handle software at all. Our hard drives have typically been wiped according to Department of Defense (D.O.D.) standards, so the hard drives are clean when you buy them. We also do not supply any kind of software media.

Do your notebooks include AC Adapter and Battery?

Our notebooks do include an AC Adapter and tested battery unless otherwise stated.

What is your order minimum?

Our order minimum is typically $3500 on a mix of all products or a minimum of 5 laptops.
