The Developer Garth Chambers is a man with grand scale vision but myopic focus when it comes to executing his vision for a piece of land. Chambers is passionate about Cimarron Hills and each finely tuned detail within. Before the land plan was executed, Chambers and his team pored over books and historical documents depicting the patterns of Tuscan streetscapes and villages. They visited California golf communities, historical east coast courses, and the old world villages nestled along the hillsides of Tuscany. Notable resort communities, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Dove Canyon, California were also instrumental in the planning process of Cimarron Hills. This research and passionate quest to recreate the best of all that he imagined and all that they saw, resulted in a hybrid of perfectly positioned shade trees, remnant architecture, and the Tuscan influence through every aspect of the common areas of Cimarron Hills. He even brought stone and metals and flowers indigenous to the old world to incorporate in the landscape of this new state-of-the-art community.
