John Guerra joins Cimarron Hills after nearly 11 years of service at Barton Creek Resort and Country Club in Austin, Texas. For seven years of those years, Guerra significantly increased home sales and revenue as the Director of Real Estate Sales and Marketing for the Barton Creek Community. Previously, Guerra served as Membership Director for the Barton Creek Country Club, a golf club and resort facility with over 1,000 members.

At Cimarron Hills, Guerra will oversee a team of specialized sales professionals and work hand-in-hand with the company's marketing and advertising agencies to maximize awareness and ultimately generate traffic and sales to the community.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Guerra received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's University. He is a TREC Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Todd Williams
Head Golf Professional

Todd Williams comes to Cimarron Hills, Texas' premier country club and golf community, with nearly 10 years experience working as both a head golf professional and director of golf for various private and semi-private courses.

At Cimarron Hills, Williams will oversee the entire golf operation including the golf shop, the golf professional instructional staff, the golf cart fleet, club fitting and repair, the outside service areas, the locker rooms and all guest policies and privileges. In addition, Williams will create all golf programs including tournaments and golf instruction.

Previously, Williams managed all aspects of the golf operation for Maroon Creek Club in Aspen, Colorado. A private facility with over 300 members, Maroon Creek features an 18-hole Tom Fazio designed course. In 1996 Golf Digest ranked Maroon Creek the third best new private golf course in the United States.

Williams spent seven years in La Quinta, California, first as an assistant golf professional, then as the head golf professional for the La Quinta Resort & Club, a 54-hole semi-private facility with two clubhouses. A five-star resort, La Quinta has over 500 members and generates annual revenues of $1+ million in retail and $5+ million in green fees. While Williams was head golf professional in 1996, La Quinta Resort & Club received Golf Magazine's Resort Gold Medal Award.

Originally from Southeastern Oklahoma, Williams received a Bachelors degree in finance from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. He was elected to membership of the Professional Golf Association in 1994. Williams currently resides in Georgetown, Texas with his wife, Renee, and their two youngest sons, Alexander (3) and Zachary (7). Their oldest son, Brandon (19), is a sophomore at San Diego State University.

Directly from Geneva National Golf Club in Wisconsin, Chef Doug brings to our club a wonderful vision for fine dining. Doug studied in Paris, France, where he received extensive training in French cuisine. Along with years of experience as Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants throughout the United States and Paris, Chef Doug also brings to Cimarron Hills his delightful wife Michele and their two beautiful children Abigail and Michael.
