The TASO Board of Directors is pleased to announce Michael Fitch has been hired as the new
Executive Director of the Texas Association of Sports Officials.

Mike has been a high school official in Texas for 37 years and has served on the Football Division
Board of Directors for 12 years and the TASO Board of Directors for 8 years.  His length of service
to TASO and depth of understanding of our organization assures that he will hit the ground running
as our new Executive Director.

Mike will begin his tenure attending as many of the summer clinics and meetings as possible and is
committed to be accessible to our membership.
