TASO is proud to offer its members the exclusive use of the TASO Member's Portal.  Inside the Member's Portal, TASO members will be able to find:

• Their personalized information and the sport(s) they officiate
• Chapter information
• News and events
• Clinic & contact information
• Rules and Mechanics Information
• Secure web messaging system to communicate with State TASO officials and local chapter administrators
• Sport specific calendar of events
• The ability to update your personal contact information once you are logged into the site
• Online rules testing
• Online registration for some clinics and state meetings

How to Get a User Name and Password

To get a user name and password to access the TASO Member's Portal, please contact your local chapter secretary with your email address and one will be sent to you.  In addition to sharing your email, please take a few minutes with your chapter secretary to update your personal contact information including your address, wireless phone number and name of your wireless carrier.

For security reasons, your login information is routed to an encrypted database on a secure server.  For added security purposes, when you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.  You will then be asked to go to Edit Account where you should update your demographic information.

How we Protect Your Privacy

The Member's Portal is a personalized private web site that is accessed from a link entitled "Member's Portal" from the TASO public website.  It requires a unique user name and password for access.  The Member's Portal uses the same encryption and (SSL) Secure Socket Layer technology used to conduct financial transactions online, giving members the ultimate in privacy and information security on the Internet. Once you are on a secure page, as indicated by the small yellow lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser, all data transmissions are encrypted.
