Directly from Geneva National Golf Club in Wisconsin, Chef Doug brings to our club a wonderful vision for fine dining. Doug studied in Paris, France, where he received extensive training in French cuisine. Along with years of experience as Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants throughout the United States and Paris, Chef Doug also brings to Cimarron Hills his delightful wife Michele and their two beautiful children Abigail and Michael.

Leticia was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She received a degree in Journalism and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University. She comes to Cimarron Hills from Barton Creek Resort and Club in Austin, where she worked with event coordination and resort services.
