There appears to be some questions as to whether we can wear knickers or shirts that have a company logo or in fact a logo or emblem of any kind, on our uniforms.

 

Please refer to SECTION 2 STANDARD UNIFORM in our mechanics manual.

Letters A,B, and K specifically address these points. A. "SHIRT............without emblem...."

B. "KNICKERS- Standard all white........" K. "NUMBERS, LETTERS, AND EMBLEMS.............Numbers,letters, and emblems visible on uniform or equipment are prohibited.".

Some manufacturers have placed a manufacturer's logo on a pant that some are selling as a knicker. These pants do not meet the above standards. Please don't make the mistake of purchasing these pants or any other uniform garment that has a logo on them.
