BASIC

  • CHECK-IN 4PM, CHECK-OUT 11 AM
  • We are families! Conduct yourselves accordingly! 
  • 5 mph please...lots of children playing!
  • Quiet time is 10:00 pm TO 8:00 am
  • All rooms and buildings are non-smoking
  • No refunds are provided
  • 2 night minimum on weekends April through October
  • 3 day minimum on holiday weekends

    PARK RULES AT TRES RIOS

    • Please be respectful and courteous of the park and its guests.
    • Anyone, who is disrespectful to the park, its guests or employees will be asked to leave WITHOUT REFUND of any kind.
    • All guests must register and pay in full at the front office to gain entrance into the park.
    • All animals must be on a leash at all times.
    • Check with office for pet restrictions, specific large breeds may be restricted.
    • Fires in designated firepits only. No cutting of vegetation on resort property.
    • No glass containers of any kind allowed in park or pool areas.
    • No alcohol allowed. Any visible sign of public intoxication will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
    • No loud music or loud behavior at any time. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am.
    • No littering in the park.
    • Put trash in the nearest trash barrel in a tied plastic container.
    • Please watch all children. Observe 5MPH signs.

    CABIN GUESTS

    Please notify the front office of any complaints or suggestions in a courteous and professional manner. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

    • Please turn off the A/C and lights when you leave the room at all times.
    • When checking out please take trash out to the trash containers.
    • No Towels-TV's or Telephones provided.
    • No cleaning of fish in rooms.
    • Pets are not allowed in the cabins.

    PLAYGROUND RULES

    • Do not abuse the equipment or break it.
    • If equipment is for one child, then do not let more that one child use it.
    • Do not move equipment to any other location in the play area.
    • Please notify us immediately of any piece of equipment which is broken or hazardous to the welfare of any child.
    • No pets, alcohol, glass containers, profanity or smoking allowed.
