Having a Family Reunion or Event at Tres Rios? Here are some basic things you need to know when planning your event at Tres Rios
Please note that it is our intention to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable stay. More than 50,000 people utilize Tres Rios each year, which places a great demand on the facilities. The rules we have are provided so that everyone can enjoy the park for years to come. We work hard to see that the rules are adhered to. Please help us maintain the park integrity.
- All cabins and buildings are considered non-smoking, if it is found that a cabin has been smoked in during your stay the party will be subject to a $75 fee per day.
- Credit cards and driver's licenses are required for all rentals.
- Sports equipment, such as volleyballs, basketballs, horseshoes, etc. may be checked out at the office.
- All vehicles in the park must have a vehicle pass on their vehicle at all times.
- There is a 5 mph limit in the park at all times.
- Park quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm each evening, with exception of special music events that are promoted each year. Please make yourself aware of our events by checking the web site before you visit. www.tresrioscamping.com
- You are NOT allowed to have alcoholic beverages on the park grounds, with exception of your personal camping area, cabin, or building. You may not have alcoholic beverages on the rivers or their banks.
- Anyone who attends a family reunion or event who does not have a site in the park and is staying overnight is required to purchase a park pass. The normal fee is $20 per vehicle per day; family reunion passes are $4 per vehicle weekend passes (based on 5 passengers). There is no exception to this policy
- Solely, families and their reunions do not use this park. We will support and sponsor throughout the year company parties, weddings, corporate outings, music events, etc. Many of these events will not blend well with the reunions due to the music, and we ask for your patience with the schedules. Refunds will not be given for any reason.
- Four wheeled off road bikes, dirt bikes, go-carts, and dune buggies are not accepted on the property at anytime. Golf carts are not allowed under or around the pavilion.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times and never be left unattended. Barking dogs and their owners will be asked to leave without refund. Cleaning up after your dog is necessary.
- Pot, pans, and utensils are not provided in any of the meeting rooms or cabins with kitchens. Linens and towels are not provided in any room.
- Unless you have rented the entire park or for preplanned music events - all music must be stopped at 10:30 p.m. with exception to preplanned music events. Music that continues at a higher volume level than is necessary will be asked to leave without refund.
- There are no fireworks in the park at anytime for any reason. Violators may be subject to the local criminal laws.
- Texas state Fishing licenses are required.
- Our policy is to have the first night's stay charged to a credit card with the balance due at check-in. If cabin is cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance-there will be a $10 cancellation fee. Less than 2 weeks notice-the cancellation fee is 25% of deposit. Less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit the deposit. Meeting rooms are to be paid at time of booking. We require a valid credit card and driver's license upon check-in for all rentals.
