Little Monkeys

These classes focus on high level gross motor skills while building self confidence and good self-image. The primary goal is to teach structure in a class environment while learning basic tumbling and conditioning. Great fun!!!
Tumble Bugs
(4 - 6 yrs)

A great beginner tumbling class! Once they have mastered the Little Monkeys class they are ready for this 1 hour class. The focus in this class will be on good self-image, confidence and of course all of the basic tumbling skills!
Crickets
(Girls 6 yrs & older)

This fun class has been our most popular over the years! It focuses on beginner -int. level gymnastics and tumbling while teaching girls the importance of commitment and exercise in building a strong body! We touch on the basics of cheerleading technique as well!
Grasshoppers
(Boys 6 yrs & older)

Gymnastics and tumbling are the best training for young boys!!! Our program is non-competitive and focuses on strength, agility, balance and the importance of conditioning in any athletic arena. The boys will gain knowledge on conditioning and fitness and learn basic-int. tumbling skills.
Tumble Bug Gym Club

We will have two different classes according to skill and age. This fun, energetic class focuses on fitness and exercise. It's never too early to instill good habits! We will learn push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and of course the basics in tumbling, we will even do aerobics!! We will provide a snack in this one!
Kid's Day Out
(2 - 5 yrs)

This fun 5 hours is full of activities for our kids! Tumbling, reading, readiness, learn shapes, numbers, colors and touch on time. Play games, read books, fun centers and a WHOLE lot more!! Pick up an information form on this if you are interested!!
Spirit Class
(7 yrs - older)

YOU MUST HAVE A ROUND-OFF!!! This class is a must for pre-cheerleaders!! We will learn cheer techniques (jumps, motions, partner stunting) and do lots and lots of floor tumbling and conditioning! Our focus in this class will be our basic skills and cheer tumbling!
Intermediate Tumbling
(7 & up)

You must have a good round-off in order to be in this fast moving class! Our focus is strength, conditioning and our goal is to progress to our back-handspring!
Advanced Tumbling
(7 & up)
1 1/2 hrs
You must be able to do a back-handspring on the incline without a spot in order to sign up for this 1 hour & 30 min. advanced class! The main focus in this class will be to improve on all of the basics and learn more advanced tumbling skills.
Flip Flop & Conditioning
(8 & up)
30 min
You must have a Great round-off and back kick over to enjoy this strength and skill building flip flop class! FLIP FLOPS, FLIP FLOPS, FLIP FLOPS!!
