Joey Feste serves as Partner of KM Capital Management, Ltd. Prior to starting KM Capital Management, he spent two years managing the investment portfolio of an independent Registered Investment Advisor and sixteen years as an investment professional with such leading firms as Morgan Stanley and Dain Rauscher. He is a Registered Investment Advisor, holds a Series 63 Securities License, a Group 1 Life Insurance License, is a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor and sits on numerous private boards. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas. Mr. Feste, his wife and three children live in San Antonio, Texas.

Mark Tracy serves as a CFO of KM Capital Management Ltd. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University (1995). Prior to joining KM Capital Management in February 2004, he served as a corporate accountant for a publicly traded corporation. Mr.Tracy, his wife and two children reside in Bastrop, Texas.
