Eddie Smith
President & Founder of Infinity Sports Marketing

Eddie Smith serves as Owner and President of Infinity Sports Marketing (ISM), a sports marketing and management firm located in Jupiter, Florida. ISM manages the careers of professional golfers and instructors, golf events, golf school products, and golf industry consulting projects. ISM clients include Brian Barnes (Senior PGA TOUR, CNBC Golf Commentator), Christy O'Connor, Jr., (Senior PGA Tour, Golf Course Designer), Jim Flick (Jim Flick Premier Golf Schools, Master Teaching Professional) and his wife Jackie Gallagher-Smith (LPGA TOUR).

Eddie co-founded and assisted in the development of GolfPodium (owned and operated by Infinity Sports Marketing); the very first golf related speaker's bureau featuring over 200 individuals.

Eddie began his career in the golf industry in 1986 as an Assistant Golf Professional in the Tournament Players Club Network, owned and operated by the PGA TOUR. He continued his career with the PGA Tour through 1994 where he resigned as Assistant Director of Player Relations and accepted a position as Director of Golf Management with Golden Bear International, owned by Jack Nicklaus. In the fall of 1995, International Golf Partners was formed as a spin-off sports marketing and player management company from Golden Bear International. Eddie served as Vice President until 1998.

Eddie is married to LPGA Touring Professional Jackie Gallagher-Smith.

John Gallup brings over 15 years experience creating, marketing and managing successful sports events and promotions to golfpodium.com. His background, which includes management positions in sports marketing at Golf Digest and Golden Bear International, has provided experience in all facets of event development and execution. John has served dozens of companies of all sizes as a sponsorship consultant and architect of award-winning events and sports programs. Whether it's a private executive golf retreat, a themed series of tournaments in markets nationwide or a grassroots amateur promotion, John will work with your company to build a program that meets your specific business objectives and delivers measurable results.
