  • What makes this a great putter? (design features)
    • The patented axis/path alignment system is the best in the game. You simply aim better due to the high contrast alignment system.
    • The G360's one piece solid tungsten composite head produces a feel that is best described as "pure energy transfer". Other manufacturers use composite inserts that when combined with the metal head, transfers energy at different rates. Having no dissimilar materials (which transfer energy at different rates), the GAIM is the next generation of hi- tech putters.
    • GAIM's one-piece tungsten composite head provides pure energy transfer, which relates to a softer feel.
    • GAIM's putter has a huge sweet spot created by the void in the middle of the putter. By displacing this mass from directly behind the face of the putter, we created a very large sweet spot.
    • The void creates a much desired 40% - 20% - 40% heel toe weighting. This percentage of heel toe weighting generates a very high moment of inertia (MOI) or a very large sweet spot assisting golfers with directional control.
    • The Gaim G360 reduces excessive backspin and gets the ball rolling sooner because of its high center of gravity.

  • Does the putter damage the hole?
    • Many superintendents actually feel that it helps the green around the hole by preventing 3 things:
      • Prevents the "doughnut effect" around the cup caused by golfers having to put all their weight on one foot in order to bend over directly in front of the cup in order to pick up the ball.
      • It prevents golfers from using putters that aren't designed to pick up the ball from the hole to flick the ball out of the hole, which does considerable damage to the hole.
      • It prevents the knuckles from people with large hands from raking the hold on their way out of the hole with the ball in the their hand. (The G 360 is actually smaller than a man's large hand with a ball in it.)
