As the year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your exceptional support during the past 12 months.  Because of you and your account holders, FundsXpress had a very successful 2006, experiencing tremendous growth in all areas.

During the past year, FundsXpress added more than 100 new financial institutions to our family and retained 99 percent of existing clients. We believe our commitment to provide the best customer service and support in the industry is the primary reason for our tremendous success. Other goals we have accomplished this year include:

• Led the industry with 100 percent early acceptance and implementation of a multi-factor authentication solution (fxSecurity) to meet FFIEC-mandated guidelines.


• Exceeded 2006 adoption goals for Internet banking and bill pay.


• Expanded our customer service team and increased our offerings to provide 24x7 customer support.


• Exceeded 2006 financial forecast goals for revenue, EBIDTA, and net income.
   

FundsXpress continues to invest heavily in new products and services in order to provide superior tools and maintain our position as the preeminent provider of secure online financial services.  We brought new products and current product enhancements to the market, including fxSecurity suite, the most comprehensive collection of anti-fraud and risk analysis tools in the industry, and fxCommunicator, a robust, user-friendly, and versatile online communication tool.  We also added enhancements to fxBusiness Banking and upgraded our dynamic Web site platform.

After months of gathering input from our clients, we are very excited to announce fx eBanking and fxBusiness Banking 4.0, planned for release in the first quarter of 2007.  This new release features an entirely redesigned user interface that will not only offer a new and improved look and feel, but will also provide end users extra functionality and improved navigation, as well as increased security tools.  The more flexible architecture of 4.0 allows for component customization to meet the needs of each individual financial institution in the FundsXpress family.  A brand new check register feature will offer users the functionality of a personal finance manager, allowing for custom memo fields and categorization of expenses, as well as report generation.
