Chapters may request less than the TASO recommended pay scale for sub-varsity and junior high.  Any chapter/s requesting more than the TASO recommended pay scale will be considered a chapter not-in-good-standing.

Chapters may continue to negotiate rates for tournaments.

UIL has established the pay scale for varsity as shown in the UIL Constitution and Contest Rules in section 1204.
