The Gulf Coast Volleyball Officials hosted a round robin volleyball tournament for the Galveston Independent School Districts four
middle schools on October 20th, 2012. The Moody Nation Bank of Galveston graciously provided the awards for the players. 
Each team was given a plaque and each player received an individual medal. The chapter provided the officials; the Galveston
Ball Volleyball team provided the line judges and the Ball coaches worked the table.  The chapter operated a concession stand
and the high school provided a hospitality room. It was our first annual tournament and over $2,000.00 was raised and donated
to the D’ Feet Breast Cancer, Inc. of Galveston. There are plans to make this an annual event in Galveston.
