First off, coaches are not allowed to be outside of the dugout per Rule 3-6-6, except coaches in the coach's box. If we enforce that rule, buckets would not be out on the field. Buckets are non-playing equipment and must remain off the field.

 

The question has come up on when the 20 seconds starts for the pitcher.  It starts when the pitcher has the ball in the circle.
