Each TASO Member, or prospective member, joins a local chapter in the sport they desire to officiate.  The local chapter collects state dues, local dues, and the prospective member completes and signs a TASO membership application.

If a person desires to officiate multiple sports, they will join a local chapter and complete the requirements above, for each sport.
