Marshall Ranch Golf Club is an exclusive, private country club and home course to the legendary professional golfer, Gary Player. Membership is by invitation and is limited to 375 golf members. Our 35,000 square foot clubhouse will include luxurious men's and women's locker facilities, private dining rooms and a mixed grille with breathtaking views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill-Country. Other planned amenities are meandering nature trails, an equestrian center, tennis courts, a 25-meter swimming pool, a child's day care center and a 5,500 square foot health spa and workout facility.

GOLF MEMBERSHIP

A member and the immediate family who acquires a Golf Membership will be entitled to use all of golf, tennis, swimming, health and fitness and social facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not be required to pay greens fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart or trail fees for use of the golf course. The membership deposit actually paid by a member will be refunded, without interest, 30 years after the date the membership is issued by the Club. If a member resigns prior to the end of the 30-year period, the membership deposit paid by the member will be refunded, without interest, within 30 days after the re-issuance of the resigned membership by the Club to a new member.

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP

This Golf Membership includes a member and the immediate family whose principal home or business is outside a 75-mile radius from Marshall Ranch. Non-Resident members enjoy all the entitlements as a Golf Member. This category is limited to 75 members and is included in the 375 golf membership cap.

SPORTS

Each person who acquires a Sports Membership will be entitled to use all of the tennis, swimming, health spa, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Sports Members will also have the privilege to play six rounds of golf per membership year.  There will be a limit of 150 Sports Memberships.
